The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Summer & Sally’s Fashion Collaboration – Marchetti’s Surprising New Hire?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may move forward with her idea to her fashion roots. This whole interior design thing just isn’t working out, so there’s no shame in calling it quits and going back to what Sally knows best.

Of course, that could still leave Sally with a bit of a dilemma.

Sally is a talented fashion designer, but her sketches won’t matter much without someone to collaborate with and bring her designs to life.

Would Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) be willing to forgive the past and move beyond her old feud with Sally?

If Sally impresses Summer with some new designs, Summer just might make her Marchetti’s newest hire.

That’s especially true since Summer has found someone else to fume over these days.

Summer is far more focused on her issues with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), so she may forget all about her previous problems with Sally.

Now that Sally and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) aren’t a couple anymore, that eliminates a path to conflict as well.

Summer has no real reason to hold a grudge against Sally at this point, so she might be open to collaborating with her.

It’s worth mentioning that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is concentrating on supporting Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) as he deals with his OCD and trauma. Connor is Chelsea’s priority, so her career is no doubt taking a backseat.

Summer could probably use someone to pick up the slack at Marchetti, so maybe Sally could be that person.

Regardless, there’s surely room for Sally somewhere on Summer’s fashion team.

Perhaps Sally could come up with an amazing pitch for a new line that would sell like crazy.

Summer might see so much potential in Sally’s designs that she feels she has no choice but to bring her on board.

If Sally starts working with Summer, maybe they could even become friends.

That’s something that could get under Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) skin if Summer can’t seem to find any compassion in her heart for Claire!

Kyle might argue that if Summer can get over her beef with Sally, then she should be able to look beyond Claire’s mistakes, too.

Summer may not see it the same way, so that could be another route to drama.

Our Y&R predictions point to Sally making some updates to her career soon, so stay tuned to see if that involves a collaboration with Summer at Marchetti.
