Watertown holds job fair for city positions
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – If you’re looking for a job, Watertown is hiring for dozens of openings.
The city hosted its fourth civil service job fair on Wednesday at the Watertown Municipal Arena.
Job seekers learned about job openings from various city departments like engineering, parks and recreation, and pollution control.
Public safety jobs with the police and fire departments are available.
Folks also checked out open positions within the Watertown City School District.
“We’re looking to hold these a little bit more regularly on a schedule so that this can be something that is planned for in the spring and the fall to know that this is coming up for some of our seasonal opportunities,” said Erica LeClerc, the city’s human resources manager.
