TV6 and FOX UP hosts Business After Hours party at newly renovated Observatory Lounge in Houghton

HOUGHTON, Mich. (WLUC) – TV6 and FOX UP hosted a Business After Hours party Thursday night. Businesspeople packed the newly renovated Observatory Lounge in Houghton’s Hampton Inn for a casual night of fun and networking.

The event was organized with help from the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce. It featured food, drinks, and raffle prizes. Partygoers said the event was a great opportunity to network with other businesses.

“We’re always looking to make connections with others, whether it is a for-profit business or a nonprofit, and see how we can work with them to maybe meet some needs that they may have,” Make It Up Makerspace Manager Anna Sanchez said.

TV6 and FOX UP will be hosting another Business After Hours party to kick off Bluesfest in Marquette on Aug. 29.
