New business celebrates its grand opening in Newton

NEWTON, Miss. (WTOK) -G-Daddies is officially open for business in the city of Newton.

It is located at 205 Eastside Dr. and offers a variety of pizza, wings, homemade cookies, and ice cream in a great flavor.

This project has been in the works for a few months but has come a long way, and they hope to share their journey and accomplishment with the community and surrounding areas.

Michael May, Owner of G-Daddies, thanks his family and the staff at Lazy Acres for taking the time to be there through it all. They will continue to help out with G-Daddies and Lazy Acres.

“It’s been a journey. We have been working very hard, a lot of late nights these last four months, remodeling this location to kind of make it our feel as far as what we want as the atmosphere, and putting a lot of hard, sweat, and tears into it, we’re excited to kind of be able to bring it into finishing today. We would like to thank our staff at Lazy Acres, many of them who have come over to help us build this out and will be working here as well as during the season back at the farm, so thank you to everybody who helped us bring this dream to life,” says May.
