Kim Kardashian Jokes About Family’s Relationship With O.J. Simpson

Kim Kardashian joked about her late father Robert Kardashian’s involvement with NFL star O.J. Simpson on ‘The Roast of Tom Brady.’ During the comedy show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, Kardashian was booed when she took the stage. The reality TV star began by referencing her infamous 2007 sex tape while poking fun at the rumors she previously dated Tom Brady. “I know there were some rumors that we were, and I’d never say if we did or not – I’d just release a tape,” said the 43-year-old. “Part of me thinks would you want to undress me just to try on my clothes. I know the transition from the NFL must have been really hard… Honestly, it’s hard for me to watch people roast you but I think enough of my family members have helped defend former football players,” said Kardashian. Kardashian’s father was best known for being a lawyer on Simpson’s defense team during his 1995 murder trial. Simpson, who died last month, was cleared of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. This was one of the most publicized trials in US history. Simpson was acquitted but was later found liable for the murders in civil lawsuits.
