Crunch Fitness To Open State College Location On Westerly Parkway

Crunch Fitness is set to open a new location at 510 Westerly Parkway in State College, the organization announced via Facebook last week.

Rite-Aid previously held the Westerly Parkway Plaza location, and Crunch will take it over to make into a 36,000-square-foot fitness center.

An opening date has not yet been announced, but winners of a free, yearlong membership giveaway will be announced on Friday, May 10, which can be entered on Facebook. Additionally, the first 500 members to join will pay a discounted $1 enrollment fee. For all other folks, memberships will start at $9.99 per month.

According to its website, the facility will include weights, cardio machines, personal and group training and classes, turf fields, a HIIT area, tanning, hydromassages, babysitting for children, and more amenities.

Crunch Fitness preaches a “no judgments” attitude toward fitness, prioritizing inclusivity and fun in the gym. The new State College location can be reached at 814-954-1800 with any questions.
