Cass Calder Smith is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Requirements:

• Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program
• Experience in construction document preparation and management for Hospitality Projects ( Full Guest room Renovations)
• Experience in Residential Construction preferred
• Highly proficient in Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
• REVIT experience preferred
• Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Legal work status in the United States
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment
