Bethlehem man bilks stores out of $20K+ in gambling voucher scam, authorities say

A Bethlehem man is accused of running an illegal gambling voucher scam, bilking various stores across eastern Pennsylvania out of over $20,000, authorities said.

Anthony M. Diehl, 31, is charged with felony corrupt organizations; felony forgery; three felony theft counts; and felony unlawful duplication, as well as related offenses. Court records did not indicate any attorney information for Diehl. A voicemail left at a phone number listed for Diehl was not immediately returned Monday afternoon.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office on Frida announced the charges against Diehl. He was arrested sometime last week, authorities said.
