2 men dead in shooting near northwest Atlanta shopping plaza, police say
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Two men are dead after they were shot near a northwest Atlanta shopping plaza, police said.
Officers were called to 735 Joseph E. Boone Blvd. NW, listed as a storefront at Simpson Plaza, around 12:50 a.m. The shooting started with an argument, and the two victims were in their 40s, according to police.
One of the men died at the scene, while the other was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
The victims have not been identified, and police have not confirmed any suspects.
